Shipping and Delivery Policy
Thank you for shopping with Ekathra. Below is our shipping policy to help you understand how we handle the delivery of your orders.
1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is successfully received. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing may be delayed by a few additional days. We will notify you in case of significant delays.
2. Domestic Shipping (Within India)
We aim to deliver all domestic orders within 7 to 10 business days from the date of order confirmation. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and local courier service availability.
Shipping charges (if any) will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
3. International Shipping
International orders are usually delivered within 10 to 15 business days. However, delivery time may vary based on customs processing times and the destination country.
Customs duties or taxes, if applicable, will be the responsibility of the customer. Ekathra is not liable for any additional charges incurred during international shipping.
4. Shipping Confirmation and Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
If you do not receive a tracking number within the expected time, please contact us at ekathrainfo@gmail.com.
5. Shipping Delays
Delays may occasionally occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, public holidays, courier strikes, or remote location access. We appreciate your patience in such cases.
Ekathra is not responsible for delays caused by third-party courier services.
6. Damaged or Lost Packages
We take great care in packaging your orders securely. However, if you receive a damaged product, you must share an unboxing video with us immediately via email and WhatsApp. This is required for claim processing.
We are not responsible for goods lost during return shipping. We recommend using a reliable, trackable, and insured shipping method when returning items.
7. Change of Address
Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at the time of placing the order. We are not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete address information. Address changes after order confirmation may not be possible.

Returns and Refunds Policy
Order Cancellation
Once the payment is completed, the order cannot be cancelled.
Product Condition on Delivery
We request all customers to record a video while unboxing their order. If the product is received in a damaged or torn condition, you must share the unboxing video with us via email at ekathrainfo@gmail.com and through WhatsApp.
Right to Cancellation
To cancel your order, you must clearly inform us through our Contact page or by emailing us at ekathrainfo@gmail.com. If you prefer a replacement of the same product, we will process and dispatch it within 7 working days for domestic orders and within 10 working days for international orders.
If you choose a refund instead, we will issue it within 30 days from the date we receive the returned goods. The refund will be made through the same payment method used during the original purchase, and no extra charges will be applied.
Conditions for Returns
To be eligible for a return:
The return request and shipment must be made on the same day the item is delivered.
The item must be returned in its original packaging.
The following items are not eligible for return:
Goods made to your specifications or personalized items.
Perishable goods or items that deteriorate quickly or have expired.
Items that, by their nature, become inseparable from other products after delivery.
We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet the above conditions.
Returning Goods
You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods. Returned items should be sent to the following address:

We are not responsible for goods that are lost or damaged during return shipping. Therefore, we recommend using a secure, insured, and trackable shipping service. We cannot issue a refund without receiving the returned product or valid proof of return delivery.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift during purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of the returned product. Once we receive the item, a gift certificate will be issued.
If the product was not marked as a gift, or the gift giver had it shipped to themselves to present it to you later, the refund will be issued to the gift giver.
